Through these tactile experiences, we aim to foster a deeper connection to our waterways and highlight the vital role ocean health plays in the future of our city.
VolunteerSeaweed City partners with companies through sponsorships and corporate volunteer days that support hands-on environmental restoration in New York City. Employees participate directly in activities like seaweed harvesting, shoreline stewardship, and seaweed art workshops, all while learning about NYC's marine ecosystems and coastal resilience.
